Shipping


Shipping Policy:
Dear Customer, we process your order within 24 hours of it being placed. After that, there is a processing time of 1–5 business days until your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods:

  • Aksulot (pickup point): 7–21 business days — Free

  • Aksulot (home delivery): 5–15 business days — ₪24.95

After receiving your order confirmation by email, you will receive another notification within a few days once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Shipping times in the store are counted from the day the order is dispatched.

Shipping times are estimated. Delays of up to 30 business days may occur, as not all inventory ships from Israel. Please be patient and allow your package to arrive within this timeframe.

When filling in your order details, we are not responsible for delivery failure due to customer errors such as an incorrect address, wrong or unavailable phone number, etc.

Multiple orders under the same details:
If you placed more than one order within 3 business days, we will make an effort to combine them into a single shipment.

Oversized or heavy orders:
If you placed an order with multiple items, we may split your order to avoid customs fees and additional charges on oversized or heavy packages.

Package arrival:
Your package will arrive at a nearby pickup point or the nearest Israel Post branch to your residence.

Home deliveries:
When ordering home delivery, the customer must provide all required details (full address, building number, floor, and apartment) correctly and in full, including a valid phone number.

We do not take responsibility for packages not delivered to the customer’s door due to incomplete or incorrect information.

If a customer has authorized leaving the package near their door or in any other place, and the package was stolen/lost or did not reach the customer for any reason, responsibility lies solely with the customer.

Uncollected packages:
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if a package is not collected by the customer. Additionally, if the customer does not collect the package, we cannot issue a refund and/or replacement until the item is returned to us by the customer.

Branded packaging and boxes:
Dear Customer, branded boxes are sent based on stock availability. If these boxes are not in stock, the package will be shipped in standard postal packaging.

Due to the current situation and unexpected flight cancellations in China, along with rising fuel prices, shipping delays may occur. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and patience.
